During the years Procedo has built up a portfolio of publicly listed companies. We have a long-term investment strategy where we aim to be a owner forever or at least until our original buying thesis is no longer valid.

We search and invest globally and without any restrictions, but with a majority of the portfolio in the Nordics, USA and Central Europe. To become an investment a company must have a sustainable competitive advantage and a reasonable valuation

Our eyes are not so much on the next quarterly earnings report or latest press release but rather what the underlying profits and assets development during the next 10 years could look like and how much of those we would buy with an investment today. We like strong and long-term owners in our portfolio companies as we think they generate a stable business growth over time.
